Who We Are
Company Structure
We are a dynamic and innovative company with a clear mission to deliver outstanding projects and services to our clients. Our
organizational structure is designed to ensure efficiency, accountability, and excellence in all areas of our operations.
At the top of our structure, we have a Board of Directors that provides strategic direction and oversight to our operations.
Reporting to the Board, our CEO leads a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about what they do and committed to delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Our departments are carefully structured and managed to ensure that we have the right people with the right skills in the right positions. Our Finance Department is headed by our CFO,who is responsible for managing our finances and ensuring that we have the resources we need to deliver on our commitments. Our Marketing Department is led by our CMO, who oversees our marketing and business development activities.
We also have a dedicated IT Department that ensures our systems are secure, reliable, and efficient. Our COO oversees our Cost Controlling Department, which monitors our costs and ensures that we remain on budget. Our Project Management Department is responsible for the execution of our projects, with the support of our Procurement and Design Departments. Finally, our Support Department provides essential services such as Human Resources, which is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining our talented workforce.
